Ferrari World Abu Dhabi

Ferrari World on Yas Island is the world's largest indoor theme park, under a red roof the size of seven football pitches. The headliner is Formula Rossa, the fastest roller coaster on the planet: 240 km/h in 4.9 seconds, the acceleration of a real race car. Around it are dozens of rides — pit-stop simulators, the Junior Racing Academy, a collection of genuine Ferraris, and Flying Aces with the world's tallest loop.

✨ What to expect

The park is entirely indoors, which makes it comfortable in any weather and decisive in summer: not everyone survives the neighbouring waterpark in July, while here there is climate control. Allow a full day.

📏 The real limit is height, not age

Several rides, Formula Rossa included, require 130 cm. A nine- or ten-year-old may not reach it — and then half the 'adult' park is closed to a child whose full-price ticket you have already bought. The children's zone and the Junior Racing Academy have no such limit.

👶 Children pay the adult rate

This is the park's own rule: children use the same ticket as adults, and there is no child fare here at all. Factor it into the family budget — at Ferrari World a family of four pays four full prices.

Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, about an hour by taxi from Dubai. All four island parks are fifteen minutes apart.
