Departure depends on weather and air traffic — the manager confirms the exact time, and weather cancellations are re-booked or refunded. Bring your passport and arrive 30 minutes before your slot. Under-2s can't fly; from age 2 a child needs their own seat at the adult price, and children 2–12 fly only with an adult 18+. Each passenger's weight is declared in advance and an original passport or Emirates ID is required — safety rules of the operator.
