📅 How the open date works

The basic ticket is an open-date ticket: you pay once and come on any day within the park's opening hours. Nothing needs rebooking and you do not have to guess the weather in advance.

The second option, with the Lost World aquarium, works differently — there you pick the date when booking. If your plans are fluid, take the basic one.

🐠 The Lost Chambers aquarium

It is not included in the standard ticket — it is a separate zone, a labyrinth of sunken Atlantis. The combo with it costs less than buying entry on site, so if you are going with children and intend to visit, take the combo up front rather than deciding there.

👶 Children

The child ticket has its own age range, shown on the option. But age is not the only factor: for the big slides and for the fare the park goes by height. Give us the child's height when you order and we will confirm the category before payment, not after.

🚕 Getting there

Atlantis The Palm on Palm Jumeirah. A taxi or transfer is easiest; by metro, go to Palm Gateway and take the Palm Monorail to the Atlantis Aquaventure stop. Guest parking is free. Transfer is not included in the ticket.

ℹ️ Good to know

Half the day is spent in the open: sunscreen is essential, especially with children. Outside food is not allowed on site. Towels and lockers are paid for locally and are not part of the ticket. The AquaXpress fast pass is separate as well.

If you are there for the slides all day, the standard ticket is enough. The combo makes sense when someone in the group needs a break from the water: Lost Chambers is a calm indoor walk of about an hour. The price difference is visible in the option list.

The category depends on the child's height under park rules, not their age. Tell us the height when ordering and the manager confirms the fare right away.
