Dolphin Bay is the 4.5-hectare dolphin lagoon at Atlantis The Palm, one of the largest in the world. The bottlenose dolphins were born in human care and the programmes are built on voluntary contact: the dolphin comes to you, a trainer works alongside, and water time happens in small groups.
✨ What to expect
Three formats by depth of contact: Dolphin Meet and Greet — waist-deep introduction, petting, photos and a trainer talk, ideal with kids or weak swimmers. Dolphin Encounter — chest-deep, hugs, a 'kiss' and a dance. Dolphin Swim — a full swim where the dolphin tows you across the lagoon by its fins. The current price is shown on the selected option.

Every programme includes Atlantis beach access that day. Wetsuits and vests are provided; a staff photographer shoots (photos sold separately). Programmes run in slots and often sell out days ahead — the manager confirms available times after your request.
