Burj Khalifa observation decks: Silver 124/125, Gold 148 and Platinum 152–154 floors

from194 AED
The tallest building in the world — 828 metres above Downtown. The At The Top observation decks give you the view everyone comes for: the city, the Palm, the desert and the gulf laid out below, and at sunset the best photograph of the trip. ✨ What to expect
🎟 Six ticket options and what separates them
Prices for every option are in the list above; this is about what stands behind them. - Silver, 124/125 — the standard deck with the open terrace. Enough for most visitors. - Silver + Fast Track — the same floor, but you go up through a separate corridor. - Silver + The Cafe — the ascent plus a drink and dessert at the top. - Silver + Dubai Aquarium — Downtown's two main sights in one booking, cheaper than buying separately. - Gold, 148/125/124 — the observation deck on level 148 plus 125 and 124. - Platinum, 152–154 — the highest observation area in the world and the private Lounge. Is the 148th floor worth it? The view from 124 and from 148 is not radically different: what you pay for is mainly the smaller crowd; coffee and tea in the lounge come only with Platinum. For two people that is a reasonable choice. For a family of four the same money buys four standard tickets and another activity in the city. 🕐 Prime time and non-prime
The question we are asked most often. Prime time means the sunset slots, usually 4:30–6:30 pm, when the city shifts from daylight to floodlight. They cost more and sell out one to three days ahead. Non-prime is every other hour. Mornings before 11 am bring fewer people and less haze, so the view is cleaner. All of our tickets are non-prime. If you specifically want sunset, tell us when you order and we will check availability separately. ⏱ Queues and Fast Track
In high season and on sunset slots the queue for the lift can reach an hour. The rule is simple: for a morning slot you do not need Fast Track; for an evening slot between December and March it is close to essential. An hour in a queue with children costs more than the surcharge. ℹ️ Good to know
The ticket is tied to a date and time. Entry is through Dubai Mall — arrive 20–30 minutes before your confirmed slot, as the walk from the mall entrance to the lifts takes time. Late arrivals are admitted at the venue's discretion; if refused, there is no refund and tickets can't be exchanged — so come early. Strollers are not allowed in the lift, bring photo ID; there are no refunds for poor visibility. There are no height restrictions on any of the decks. Before you book
