Dubai Frame

The 150 m golden frame with a glass bridge between old and new Dubai — 50 AED, kids 26 AED.

Dubai Frame — Zabeel Park

from51 AED

Dubai Frame is a giant 150-metre "picture frame" in Zabeel Park, placed exactly on the border between two eras: on one side the frame holds old Dubai with the rooftops of Deira and the Creek, on the other the towers of Sheikh Zayed Road. At the top, a 93-metre bridge with glass panels underfoot links the two towers.

✨ What to expect

The route takes about an hour: a multimedia gallery on the city's history below, a high-speed lift to the bridge in 75 seconds, and an immersive hall about the Dubai of the future on the way out. It is the city's most affordable viewpoint and a good first day.

🕐 Hours and when to go

Open daily from 8:00 to 21:00. The ticket has an open date — come any day within its validity, no time slot to book.

Mornings are usually quieter than evenings. The best light for photographs is an hour before sunset. Choosing between "no crowd" and "the shot" is up to you.

🎒 What you cannot bring in

You will not be admitted with strollers or large bags, with food and drink, with sharp objects or with animals. Worth knowing about the stroller in advance: with a small child you will be carrying them or using a sling.

😬 About the glass floor

The glass panels take up only the central strip of the bridge and are easy to walk around. Children usually ask to cross a second time.

🚕 Getting there

Zabeel Park. The park itself is worth a walk, and ten to fifteen minutes by taxi away are the Museum of the Future and Downtown with the fountains. Transfer is not included.

Before you book

  • Your children's ages: the child range is shown on the option, younger go free.
